Is the free plan actually free forever? +
Yes. The Free plan does not expire. We don't believe in bait-and-switch free tiers. Our business model is Pro and Teams — not hobbling free users into upgrading.
What happens after the trial ends? +
If you don't upgrade, you drop to the Free plan. Nothing gets deleted. Your booking history stays intact. You just lose access to Pro features.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
How does payment processing work? +
We use Stripe. You connect your Stripe account and keep 100% of what you charge — we take 0% platform fee. Standard Stripe fees (2.9% + $0.30) still apply.
Do guests need an account? +
No. Guests just click your link and book. No signup, no app, no friction. It takes them under 30 seconds from link to confirmed meeting.
Is there a setup fee for Teams? +
No setup fees. No onboarding fees. We charge per user per month, that's it. Enterprise contracts with annual pricing are available on request.
